​How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, you can simply send us a message through the form on our Order page. Once you have submitted this we will send you a confirmation email.

​Shipping 

All our orders are packaged carefully and shipped safely via NZ Post. When you contact us to place and order we will confirm the shipping cost, which will depend on the product types and quantity. Cushla & Co does not currently offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds
We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product we will ask that you return this to us, where we will assess and send out another item if required.
